We are a real estate investment company, not a licensed real estate brokerage. We purchase properties directly from homeowners for our own investment purposes. Nothing on this Site creates a broker, agent, or fiduciary relationship with you.

Requesting an offer through the Site or by phone is free and carries no obligation. Submitting your information does not guarantee that we will make an offer, and any discussion of a possible purchase is non-binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. We do not promise the highest possible price for your property, and a direct sale may not be the best option for every homeowner.

You agree that the information you submit about yourself and your property is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf. We rely on the information you provide when evaluating your property.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us (including from our AI phone assistant) related to your inquiry, as described in our Communication & SMS Consent policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask to stop calls by telling us directly.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Submit information about properties you do not own or are not authorized to discuss
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to access systems without authorization
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

The content, design, logo, and text on this Site are owned by NextPlace LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
